Established in 2007, the Greenfield Subdivision was a hub of activity!  With a mission statement of customer service and commitment to old-world standards of building, the lots sold quickly and the introduction of a new phase was unveiled to meet the demand.

Currently, the Greenfield Subdivision extension is comprised of 61 new prestigious lots! The first stage of 10 lots (Phase 1)  was completed in 2018. Phase 2 (15 lots) was completed in 2021 and Phase 3 (10 lots) was completed in 2023. We are extremely excited to announce that Phase 4 lots are now available.
